Southside Cedar Log Homes

A manufactured log kit containing all necessary materials to construct a 12x12 building with a 6x12 porch.  Included are 4x6 tongue in groove cedar logs and all sundries necessary to assemble the log walls.   The roof system includes the purlins, felt paper, 25 year architectural shingles, hip and ridge, drip edge, cedar fascia and pine tongue and groove to cover the ceiling.   The cabin has two 3'x2' double glazed awning windows with screens, a six panel steel door and quality locking system.  The interior (flooring and ceiling)  and the porch are manufactured from 2x6 tongue and groove pine.  Modularized railing accents the porch with several designs available.  The Garden House is designed to sit on 18' skids or if you prefer, on your fixed foundation.  The package is entirely pre-cut, precision engineered and totally complete.  It can be used as a home office, guest house or for housing a hot tub.  The cedar logs make it energy efficient, decay and mildew resistant and termite resistant.  A perfect weekend project for the home improvement enthusiast.  Shipping is FOB our plant in Plattsburgh, NY.  Each garden house shipped within 10 working days of receipt of payment.
